As of the case, Mr. Cushing made an honorary request to adjutant general to utilize the armory in the city Portsmouth area particularly, for organizing a dance party on the date of April 29. Mr. Cushing made this booking in advance for about a one month ago. On the other hand, on March 30, a letter was being received by adjutant general. On 31st march, the adjutant did reply on the basis of the letter that he has complete consent to give a rent of the armory for that particular evening that Cushing requested for (Mann & Roberts, n.d.).
